Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexey Tsoi held a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Anahit Avanesyan, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.

Armenia has become the 17th state whose vaccination passport is recognized in Kazakhstan.

According to the press service, during the meeting, the heads of ministries outlined the priorities of bilateral cooperation and announced mutual recognition of vaccination passports.

"To recognize valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan passports /certificates /certificates of vaccination against CVI of citizens issued in the following countries: Argentine Republic, Hungary, Georgia, Islamic Republic of Iran, Jordan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Maldives, Mongolia, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Peru, Republic of San Marino, Serbia, Republic of Tunisia, Republic of India, Republic of Philippines, Thailand, Republic of Turkey, Republic of Estonia," reads the resolution of the Chief Medical Officer of the country....

In addition, during the trip, an action plan was discussed to increase the level of provision of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union with strategically important medicines and pharmaceutical substances for medical use, the production of which should be provided in the Eurasian Economic Union by 2024.
